Conceptual Scheme of Motor Asymmetry Control in Aerobic Cyclic Sports

In this article, based on well-known literary data, the motor asymmetry of a person in training process aerobic cyclic sports is considered. The authors have analyzed features manifestation and consequences formation asymmetry, assessed its impact performance. Motor has been found to be genetic characteristics organism, but lateral phenotype may change during multi-year under influence physical exertion. Excessive shown cause various pathologies injuries. results study indicate that can both factor contributing growth performance limiting one, depending what function or part body performs. Despite repetitive cycle actions, typical for sports, only 3 out 8 considered functions performed by limbs certain body, was factor. This allowed predict possible conceptual scheme control
